AI (8112) Coupon Creation Offer Checklist

1. AI (8112) Coupon Execution Type - Serialized Digital, Serialized Paper, or FSI.

2. Brand Name - As listed in the CPG’s clearinghouse data platform.

3. Offer Description - As entered in the CPG’s clearinghouse data platform.

4. AI (8112) Funder ID - Funder ID associated with the funding CPG manufacturer and registered in their TCB account. Only one Funder ID is required per AI (8112) offer.

5. 6-Digit Offer Code (OCR #) - Unique 6-digit Offer Code assigned during clearinghouse offer creation, also known as the OCR #.

6. Total Circulation - Total number of coupons authorized for distribution.

7. Offer Value - Coupon value (e.g., $1.00 off).

8. Purchase Requirements - What the consumer must purchase to qualify for the offer (e.g., Buy 1 or Spend $XX).

9. Campaign Start Date - First day the offer is available for consumers to acquire.

10. Campaign End Date - Last day the offer is available for consumers to acquire.

11. Redemption Start Date - First day the offer can be redeemed. Typically the same as the Campaign Start Date.

12. Redemption End Date - Last day the offer can be redeemed. Typically the same as the Coupon Expiration Date.

13. Rolling Expiration (Yes/No) - Digital coupon offers only. Gives each consumer the same number of days to redeem the offer based on the date they acquire their coupon.

14. Rolling Expiration Period - If Rolling Expiration is Yes, enter the number of days the consumer has to redeem the coupon after the serialized deposit/acquisition date (e.g., 15 or 30 days).

15. Purchase Requirement GTINs - All 12-digit UPCs and/or 13-digit EANs that qualify for the offer’s purchase requirements.

16. Distribution Provider(s) & Allocated Quantities - List each authorized Distribution Provider and the number of coupons allocated to that provider. Multiple providers may be authorized for a single AI (8112) offer.

17. Retailer Restriction (Optional) - List any retailer(s) where redemption is restricted. Leave blank if the offer can be redeemed at any participating retailer.
